- Upon arrival, please stop by the parking office adjacent to the garage exit lanes. Office hours are 8a-5p M-F.
- If your arrival is not during office hours, but you will be leaving during office hours, please stop by the parking office before exiting the garage when you are done with your stay.
- If your arrival is not during office hours, and you are leaving before the office opens up again, please hit the intercom button when exiting the garage when you are done with your stay. Inform them that you paid for your parking with ParkWhiz, providing them with your name and ParkWhiz confirmation number.
Use QR code at entrance scanner at or after the beginning of start time purchased and again at exit scanner at or before end time purchased. If the garage is closed, please hit the intercom button for security assistance with entering and/or exiting the facility.
