Directions from I-10 Freeway to Hyatt Regency Valet
1. Merge onto I-10 East or West, depending on your starting point, heading towards downtown Phoenix.

2. Take Exit 145A for 7th Avenue/7th Street.
From I-10 Eastbound: Take Exit 145A for 7th Street and turn right (south) onto 7th Street.
​ From I-10 Westbound: Take Exit 145A for 7th Avenue and turn left (south) onto 7th Avenue.

​ 3. Continue south on 7th Street or 7th Avenue:
If on 7th Street: Drive approximately 1.0 mile south to Van Buren Street.
If on 7th Avenue: Drive approximately 1.0 mile south to Van Buren Street.

4. Turn right onto Van Buren Street and proceed west for about 0.5 miles.
​ 5. Turn left onto 2nd Street and continue south for approximately 0.1 miles.
​ 6. The Hyatt Regency Phoenix will be on your right-hand side at 122 N 2nd St.

Please use the downloaded parking voucher from your email or text on light mode or with your brightness turned up. If you need assistance, please hit the assistance button on the top right of the kiosk on either the entrance or exit.

If a reservation was purchased after entering the garage, simply scan the barcode to exit the garage. Do not scan the ticket.

From the East Valley:
Take US-60 W or Loop 202 W toward Phoenix.
Merge onto I-10 W.
Exit at 7th Street and head south.
Turn right (west) onto Van Buren Street.
Turn left (south) onto 1st Street.
The garage entrance will be on your right at 201 N 1st St.

From the West Valley:
Take I-10 E toward Phoenix.
Exit at 7th Avenue and head south.
Turn left (east) onto Van Buren Street.
Turn right (south) onto 1st Street.
The garage entrance will be on your right at 201 N 1st St.

Take AZ-51 S or Loop 101 S to I-10 W.
